  1. Personal Information We Collect

    You will need to input certain information to create a User Account and to use our Services (“User Data”). You are solely responsible for your User Data.   2. Navigational Information We Collect

    If you are visiting our website or otherwise using the Services, we may automatically collect Navigational Information, such as your IP address, the date and time of the visit and how long you remained on our website, the referral URL, the pages visited on our website and information about the device and browser (such as, browser type and version and operating system). We may also collect visitor data through third party services such as Google Analytics, in order to better understand visitor behavior, demographics, locations, page views, time spent on the website, and other metrics and analytics used to provide and improve the Services.     We store all of your User Data on servers in the United States. If you reside in a country outside the United States, please note that the data protection and privacy laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as the laws in your country.   4. Stored Cards

    The purpose of this website is collect and store credit card informtion. We do not store financial information such as the full card number, but only tokens respresenting the card.   5. Personal Information From Minors

    We do not offer our Services to, or target, persons under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will remove any information we receive from people we believe to be under the age of 13 from our database and cancel any corresponding accounts.

    • Provide and communicate with you about the Services;
    • Offer the Services and additional products and services;
    • Fulfill and manage your orders, features, refunds, and other purchases or requests;

    1. Reviews and Updates to Security Measures

      We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of User Data. This may include undertaking internal reviews of our data collection, storage, processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to the systems where we store User Data. In addition, we will restrict access to User Data to our employees, contractors, and agents who need to know certain information in order to process it on our behalf. These individuals and entities are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

      If you do not want to receive e-mail or other communications from us, you can choose to unsubscribe from the link in the e-mail that you no longer wish to receive. However, you may not be able to unsubscribe from transactional and material emails regarding your account.

    WE NEVER COLLECT, SELL, SHARE, OR STORE INDIVIDUAL CHILD OR MINOR DATA. THE ONLY INFORMATION WE COLLECT, STORE AND USE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES IS THE PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE ACCOUNT CREATOR, WHO MUST BE ABOVE THE AGE OF 18. INDIVIDUALS BELOW THE AGE OF 18 (“MINORS”) SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF A LEGAL GUARDIAN OR PARENT.   14. California Residents: California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA)

      Personally Identifiable Information does not include publicly available information from government records, de-identified or aggregated consumer information, or other information excluded from the CCPA's scope. We will not collect additional categories or use the Personally Identifiable Information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.

    7. Sale of Personally Identifiable Information

      In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold any of our users Personally Identifiable Information.

    8. How To Exercise Your CCPA Rights

      To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to Us by emailing payments@electricalhub.com. Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personally Identifiable Information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must (i) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personally Identifiable Information or an authorized representative, and (ii) describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with Personally Identifiable Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personally Identifiable Information relates to you. No Fee. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

    9. Response Time

      We endeavour to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If We require more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our response to that account by machine-readable and common electronic means. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our response by email electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personally Identifiable Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

    10. Non-Discrimination

      We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not (i) deny you goods or services; (ii) charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties; (iii) provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or (iv) suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services. However, deletion of your Personally Identifiable Information may hinder the performance of the Services.

  15. Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

    By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of User Data according to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by providing the updated Privacy Policy on our website, sending you an e-mail, or posting a notice on our website so that you are always aware of the information that we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. Unless we clearly state otherwise, the changes to our Privacy Policy will affect only the information we collect after the effective date of the change.
